Proving that the nothing can ever be taken for granted in Formula One, Lewis Hamilton scorched to pole position this afternoon at Spa Francorchamps by some margin over his nearest rival.
However, the Ferrari team aren't going away that easy. Massa needs to win this race in order for the team to at least consider him as a first driver for next year.
We also don't want to forget about the BMW Sauber's Kubica who showed real pace.
Predictions: I think that McLaren are using the same pitstop strategy as the Ferraris. Kubica is too heavy on fuel. I predict that Lewis will take away the win with Massa and Raikkonen in second and third respectively. Kova will be out of the race and Kubica will place fourth.
