Down 17 points in the second quarter, the Lakers managed, yet again, to defend their perfect 8 - 0 home game winning the streak. Winning 100 - 92 the Lakers head back to the NBA finals for the first time since 2004 and are just 4 wins away from winning the NBA title for the 4th time in the new millenniun.
Filled with doubt before the start of the season, the Lakers are Western Conference Champs. Phil Jackson has done it again.
